Hi Mark!

I just wanted to let you know what a great job Mike did on my move. He was awesome here in Costa Mesa and my boyfriend (David) said that when he got there in Nevada, he was just as great. He was conscientious about how he handled all my stuff and even helped David make sure that everything was stacked properly in the storage unit. David said that he has never seen such a good mover and also maneuvered the truck like he was a pro.

We just wanted to let you know how happy we are with the service and specifically with Mike.

My husband had used your services in the past few years and we used you for our move last December, but I had a “hands on dealing with your crew this past move of my mom in Newport Beach. JB and RICK were not only excellent at what they did as far as moving, packing, etc...but the kindness and thoughtfulness they showed toward my mom was over the top !

They conferred with her and I as the moving day began and discussed placement of all boxes in her new home when we arrived.

I just wanted to let you know what a great job your team did with our move on Saturday. They were right on time and got right to work. I was amazed at how quickly they cleared everything out of our former office and got everything set up in the new one. There was no damage to any of our furniture or belongings and no marks left on any of the walls or floors. All of the guys were very pleasant and friendly and it was obvious to me that they were truly interested in making the move a positive experience for us. I was constantly told that they wanted to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I would like to especially acknowledge your foreman, Kevin. His attitude throughout the move was fantastic. He really made me feel at ease and actually made it kind of fun! Your follow-up, Mark, was also very impressive. Thank you for your Moving Service. We are very pleased to say that our move went smoothly and professional.
We had attempted originally to get bids from several other movers before choosing your company. After many phone calls and emails from Companies that were out of State and not appearing to be straight forward we decided to check out the Local Telephone Book and found your Company name Mark Terry Movers. We couldn't have been more pleased at your assistance and immediate response coming to our home and giving us and honest reasonable estimate. Much to our surprise we found that we needed to also ship my husbands car which you then included in our estimated move.

All of these arrangements for our move from Laguna Hills California to Portland Oregon took place in less than two weeks. Still being a little concerned your moving crew arrived on time October 31,2009 in California and took over in a professional manner especially when I started feeling lost that truly impressed us. We had to get to Portland Oregon by November 2,2009 and had expected that we would have to wait for our furniture and car. To our surprise the Truck and a Car arrived the same day we did and just 1 hour behind us. All the while the Driver kept in touch with us on the day of our arrival. What is even more amazing is that we had rented temporary apartment and it was even smaller than we expected.

Knowing this ahead of time we had arranged to have our furniture split in two parts for the apartment and the rest to go into storage. The movers arrived and knew just what would fit into our apartment and what size storage unit we would need. Even put our bed together to make sure that it would fit. Once the boxes and furniture was placed in our new Apartment in Portland they followed us to the Storage Company and proceeded to complete our move by placing everything that did not fit in the apartment into the Storage Unit. They had a monumental amount of patience as others were moving in and out at the same time. The move to Portland could not have gone any smoother and we feel so very blessed in that in these times your Company did everything and more as promised with no additional cost.

The other surprise was that they washed my husbands car and it arrived in perfect condition at the same time. I would recommend your company to anyone as moving can be very stressful.
